Refund Policy

Ticketed Experiences

Tickets are refundable if the request is received by support@peoplefirsttourism.com more than 7 days from the scheduled experience. Otherwise, no refunds will be made for any reason. People-First Tourism experiences are crafted by local creatives, makers, and growers who plan their offerings and often purchase supplies based on the number of guests we report to them. Entrepreneurs are paid based on the number of tickets sold, not attendance.

If People-First Tourism cancels an event for any reason (weather, illness, etc), a full refund will be made to all ticket holders.

Giftables

Giftables are non-refundable. Contact support@peoplefirsttourism.com to redeem giftables for experiences.
