With the Raleigh City Farm Team:

A place where anyone can learn about farming…

These were the words that planted the seed we now recognize as Raleigh City Farm. From the birth of the urban community farm idea in 2010, to when it came time to dig Raleigh City Farm’s first rows in March 2012, the local community raised $25,000 in hand from initial donations and RCF broke ground and has never stopped growing. The project is now a decade old, has been well tended by countless volunteer and team members, and has been exploring community space, social enterprise, serving people, and learning about farming ever since!
