Come to the Raleigh City Farm for a fun outdoor experience where you can celebrate and learn about the wonderfulness of bees! Taste a range of delicious local honeys, tour Raleigh City Farm’s gardens and apiary, and learn from local experts why beekeeping is such a fascinating and vital part of so much that we do. RCF beekeepers Ben Crawley and Dana Deaton will introduce you to the farm hives, answer questions, let you try on some fun bee keeping equipment, and increase your knowledge about honeybees and other pollinators. May 20 is World Bee Day and we’ll have bee themed experiences for you all weekend!
A special takeaway treat for everyone—a jar of local honey and seeds for your pollinator garden.
