“I can’t recall a time when I didn’t have a sense of profound wonder over Creation.
It may have started with summer nights sleeping under the stars in the back yard of my childhood home or time spent camping and hiking the back country of Northern Nevada, the Sierras and Southern Idaho. Somewhere along the way, a spark was ignited and I fell in love.
My art is a small attempt to highlight the astounding work of the Creator. I consider it a blessing to have gifts and passion that converge.
I’ve used several mediums over the years, but my medium of choice is watercolor. I love to paint landscapes, dogs and other elements of nature. Some of my paintings are hanging at Artmosphere Community Arts Center in Clayton and in various locations in Cary, NC.
I enjoy teaching watercolor and passing on the lessons I’ve learned through the process.”

In this experience you’ll join long-time painter and watercolor expert Gina Huitt as she takes her time teaching you the craft of watercolors and helping you capture the subject or skyline through your own eyes.
You can book this two hour experience for experience for your own space or we can work with a local farm to find a beautiful green space for your group. Enjoy a beautiful setting with no wrong answers and take your completed piece home with you when you’re done!
