“Defiant Whisky”, the flagship product of Blue Ridge Distilling Co, is named for the power of finding truth in authenticity. Their aim is to pioneer a new path in brewing unbound by barrels, recipes or even tradition, using Mother Nature and their own intuition as their most valued guides.
In this experience you’ll be taken throughout their distillery to learn about the people, processes, products, and facilities that make Defiant Whisky a part of the Rutherford County culture. Their product is distilled on-site using only 4 ingredients, yeast, barley, oak, and pure water from the local Blue Ridge Mountains.
Brace yourself for (and with) a taste of all 4 of their unique whiskeys during this behind the scenes tour and end it with a complimentary glencairn glass to take home.
