In collaboration with Broadslab Distillery:
Not many families can say that they helped pioneer a state-wide industry, but Jeremy and Shelly Norris have family roots that run all the way to the sunrise of NC moonshine distilling. Generations later, they’re still at it!
In this experience you’ll get to visit Broadslab, North Carolina’s first farm distillery. Participants will learn about their role in the deep history of farming and distilling of Johnston County, explore the beautiful Broadslab farm where they grow and then eventually distill all of their own product, and finally taste some of their authentic and diligently made moonshine.
Guests will also have the opportunity to order drinks at their bar or purchase from a plethora of local products to take home!
