A delightful Highland cow-themed afternoon tea, set against the picturesque backdrop of our pastures…
In collaboration with New Beginnings Historic Farm:
Event Highlights:
For our Mother’s Day tea event, we’ll begin with an introduction to safety guidelines and share fascinating facts about our breed of cows. During the interactive experience, you’ll have the opportunity to feed and pet the animals through our wood fence and capture memorable photos with your own camera—don’t forget to tag us with #nbhistoricfarm when sharing! After washing your hands, feel free to explore and shop our selection of Highland cow merchandise.
The event will take place outdoors under a spacious tent with pavilion beside the cows, offering a picturesque setting, especially in pleasant weather. As you’ll be interacting with the animals, we recommend wearing closed-toe shoes and clothes that can handle a bit of farm life. Please note that children must be supervised at all times, as cattle are sensitive to loud noises and sudden movements. For the safety of all, dogs and children under six years old are not permitted.
Afternoon Tea Menu:
Indulge in this enchanting experience, perfect for animal lovers and tea enthusiasts alike. Enjoy the best of both worlds with delicious treats and adorable Highland cows!
About New Beginnings Historic Farm:
Your hosts will be John and Sheri Crenshaw, the owners and operators of New Beginnings Historic Farm. Their historic farm dates back to the 1900s where it stood as a landmark for locals to purchase their milk, cheese, and meats. John and Sheri have put a lot of love in to their farm and it is evident in the joy of their many goats, cats, dogs, and cows.
