In Collaboration with Slice Pie Company:
Learn the treasured, from-scratch family process of making artisan apple pies with Raleigh’s resident Pie Lady.
In this workshop you’ll learn how to bake a beautiful apple pie from scratch. While the crust will be made in advance to save some time, you will participate in preparing the apples, the pie filling, and will learn how to place the top crust on the pie and crimp to perfection. You will finish by cutting the extra pie crust into decorative pieces to arrange on top.
While the pie is baking for 45 min, the team will be able to ask questions, mingle, or even walk next door to Riparian to grab a beverage if they would like (not included).
