Drawing Among Friends – Shading Workshop at Artmosphere

In Collaboration with Artmosphere:
Always wanted to learn to draw? Interested in tips on improving your drawing skills or to learn new techniques? This is a no pressure skill building drawing class.
Participants will work with a local artist and be taught basic and interesting drawing techniques to bring your drawings to life. Each class will feature a different technique and then have the opportunity to practice it in a small attainable drawing project during class.
This workshop is all about the art of shading.
If you want to continue practicing your drawing skills, this workshop will be offered each month with a different technique and project. Topics such as shading, highlighting, value, texture, colored pencil blending, charcoal and more will be offered throughout the months.
The Artmosphere Community Arts Center provides space to create, participate in, support, learn and view arts through offering workshops, classes, studio space, art materials, music lessons, event space, an interactive community type garden and a gallery.
