Elements of Spring – Garden to Table Dinner

April 6 @ 5:00 pm - 8:00 pm

$120.00

In collaboration with Sweet Peas Urban Gardens…

Step into a magical evening surrounded by blooming flowers and lush greenery at Sweet Peas Urban Gardens. Get ready for a delicious multi-course dining experience that promises to deliver a sensory treat that captures the essence of spring.

Your food this evening is from the mind of Chef George Acosta, a local chef that specializes in utilizing fresh, local ingredients to create inventive and conceptual dishes. The four courses of this dinner will be inspired by Spring blooms and new growth from Sweet Peas own garden.

If you’ve never been, Sweet Peas is an innovative urban garden that makes the most of its space through creative and sustainable techniques. Their delicious micro-greens come from a fascinating container box and they have mushroom logs, lawnmower chickens, and edible flowers galore.

In addition to a delicious meal, this dinner will be conversational and interactive, guided by professional facilitators Annelies Gentile & Greg Whitt.

The two of them together bring a wealth of knowledge from transformative leadership studies and will guide you through fun, creative, and challenging conversations while you enjoy the culinary creations of Private Chef George Acosta.

This enchanting event takes flight from the inspiration of “Inspiring Nuggets”, a series of thoughts and letters carefully crafted over the last decade by Annelies. It will be a developing conversation driven by a nature based philosophy that has burst off the “page” and has become animated by the spirited collaboration of these incredible local businesses: Conduit for ChangeSweet Peas Urban GardensFlavors of Finesse, and Drum for Change.

Come experience the seasonal elements in a new light – It all starts with Spring!
