Each season’s experience will highlight the bounty of the farm as you bring in the harvest and the chef prepares your dinner in-house. Each course is expertly paired with award winning wines from Encompass’ neighbors at Mountain Brook Vineyard. Don’t miss this intimate farm to table experience celebrating the community and local food!
The price listed is per person for a generous 4 course meal with 4 wine pairings, all organic, locally produced, and prepared by a private chef in-house.

About the Farmer: Vannah Roddy
Vannah, a first-generation farmer, developed a passion for regenerative agriculture at 17 and gained hands-on experience working on farms in diverse climates across the US and internationally. In 2019, she founded Encompass Farm, growing food and flowers on urban land, leading to the purchase of her permanent farm in 2024. Through her Veggie Box Program, she feeds over 100 families weekly and creates farm products like wreaths and seasoning blends. Vannah also offers gardening guidance through Encompass Land Design with online classes and mentorship.
