In this hands-on session, you’ll learn how to work with preserved mosses, arranging them into a lush, textured piece that looks alive—but needs no watering, light, or upkeep. Your finished artwork will be a lasting display of natural beauty, staying vibrant for years to come.

- A curated collection of high-quality materials: wood frame, reindeer moss & Spanish moss (preserved and colorful), faux florals & foliage, faux succulents, plus crystals, stones, and driftfood accents
- All tools needed to create your piece
- Tips on designing with texture, balance, and color
- A chill, judgment-free creative space—perfect for solo crafters, plant pals, small parties, or a cute friend date

Meet Elana, The Houseplant Diva:
Elana, founder of The Houseplant Diva, is a dedicated plant enthusiast with a rich background in plant care and a passion for helping both plants and people thrive. Based in Raleigh, NC, with her husband Landon and rescue pup Fergus, her journey began as a Plant Technician, where she mastered lighting, watering, pest control, and large-scale plant maintenance. She later became a Marketing Specialist at a garden center, teaching classes, organizing events, and managing a houseplant shop, where she connected with local plant lovers and hosted workshops.
A professional opera singer with a Master’s Degree in Vocal Performance, Elana balances her love of music with her dedication to making houseplant ownership accessible, educational, and enjoyable, inspiring others to create their own green oasis.
