Come out to this delightful haven for creatives in Apex, NC to celebrate springtime fun and paint your own ceramic planter. Each planter is hand-thrown and carved by their very own potter, Amy Bishop, and ready for you to bring to life with your own creative decorating.
Your guides for this evening will be Jim and Amy Bishop, the owners of Sawdust and Clay Collaborative and incredible artists in their own right. Jim is a woodworker who specializes in home decor and gifts; he primarily uses reclaimed wood for his creations. Amy is a potter and photographer with an education in Studio Arts; she specializes in home decor pottery as well as fine art photography.
Through this workshop you’ll get to explore the Sawdust and Clay Collaborative located in downtown Apex. This creative space is where Jim and Amy’s passion comes to life and is brimming with art from themselves and many other talented local creators. You can find some excellent gifts and support some amazing local people.
