“Defiant Whisky,” the flagship product of Blue Ridge Distilling Company, is named for the power of finding truth in authenticity. Their aim is to pioneer a new path in brewing unbound by barrels, recipes, or even tradition, using Mother Nature and their own intuition as their most valued guides.
In this experience you’ll be lead through their distillery to learn about the people, processes, products, and facilities that make Defiant Whisky an integral part of the Rutherford County culture. Their product is distilled on-site using only four ingredients: yeast, barley, oak, and pure water local to the Blue Ridge Mountains.
Brace yourself for a taste of their four unique whiskeys during this behind-the-scenes guided tour, and end your session with a complimentary Glencairn glass to take home.
