In Collaboration with Bad Art Club:
In this class you will learn to create a mini-magazine, aka a Zine!
This Do-It-Yourself (DIY) method of publishing has been used by writers and artists for decades to get their work out into the world. We will start with collaborative mini-zines, then work on personal zines. We will also look at examples of different types of zines.
Our workshop will take place in RUMAH (Raleigh United Mutual Aid Hub) a community resource center with the mission of fostering collaboration between residents, communities, and mutual aid resources in and around Raleigh, NC.
