Paint Your Own Gnome – Valentines Craft Workshop

Come on down to Sawdust and Clay Collaborative to celebrate some Valentine’s fun and paint your own hand made Love Gnome! Each gnome is hand-thrown and carved by our very own potter, Amy Bishop, and ready for you to bring to life with your own creative decorating. Pieces will then be fired and ready for pickup 2 weeks after the workshop.
Your guides for this evening will be Jim and Amy Bishop, the new owners of Sawdust and Clay Collaborative. Jim is a woodworker who specializes in home decor and gifts; je primarily uses reclaimed wood for his creations. Amy is a potter and photographer with an education in Studio Arts; she specializes in home decor pottery as well as fine art photography.
Through this workshop you’ll get to explore the Sawdust and Clay Collaborative located in downtown Apex. This artistic space showcasing local creators is where Jim and Amy’s passion comes to life! You can find some excellent gifts and support some amazing local people.
