Central America meets Raleigh, North Carolina. Celebrate incredible small dishes with expertly paired wine.
Jennifer Cramer, founder of Catalan, hails from NYC and always wanted to own a small wine & cocktail bar with amazing libations and delicious dishes. When she saw the space that would eventually become Catalan she was reminded of the many restaurants she fell in love with in NY and set her heart on bringing her dream to life. Catalan is not only dedicated to great food and drink, but to being a safe space for all humans where staff is valued and always paid a living wage.
With this experience you will explore the authentic flavors of Central American cuisine. This includes five delicious courses each featuring a different country of origin and taking you on a culinary journey. To pair, each plate will have a different wine chosen especially to highlight the unique flavors of the dish.
